Clarisse Émond-Larochelle

Clarisse holds a Masters in Human Development from Oxford University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law, with a concentration in Feminist Studies, from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is a recipient of the Rhodes Scholarship (2019).

Clarisse was called to the Quebec Bar in 2023. She is particularly interested in human rights and collective and individual labor relations. She also has a keen interest in international law and alternative dispute resolution.

Before joining the firm in December 2024 as a litigator, Clarisse completed her articling at the Commission des droits de la personne et de la jeunesse. She is currently involved as a volunteer lawyer in a legal clinic that tackles racial profiling.

She practices both in French and English.
