Élyse graduated from Université Laval in 2022 where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2024.

During her studies, she worked for two years in a small firm, specializing in various fields such as civil law, family law and youth law. She also worked at the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT) as a research assistant. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Élyse articled in an Integrated Health and Social Services Centres (CISSS) in youth law.
