The Superior Court will hold on December 21, 2022, at 9 h 15, a virtual hearing to approve the settlement agreement between the plaintiffs Marcel Sévigny, Sandrine Ricci, Guillaume Perrier, Bernice Chabot-Giguère, Jennifer Cartwright, Sophie Desbiens and Perry Bisson and the Ville de Montréal in eight (8) class actions concerning six demonstrations which took place in Montreal between June 7, 2012 and March 15, 2014.
Judge Martin F. Shehan will preside the hearing in Room 16.11.
